There are many different ways to tell a story. All around the world these different styles are used. In the three stories I read from Mexico, the United States, and Canada I saw many writing techniques. There were techniques that were alike and totally different.
In the Werewolfs Bride from the U.S. there was love. There is also foreshadowing. This story is a myth just like the story of the Devil and the Werewolfs. In both of these stories there are werewolfs. Both of these stories are made to scare people, in both of these stories someone gets kidnapped for doing something wrong. In the Devil and the Werewolfs from Canada there is irony. Just like in Badger and the Sun there is a large misunderstanding. This misunderstanding leads to someone running away from people.
The Badger and the Sun is different from the other two stories because it is a creation story. Its a story where something is named or created and why its named what it is. In this story people chased the badger to congratulate him. He thought they were angry, just like in the Werewolfs Bride where love blinded the werewolf so he kidnapped the woman.
In all three of the stories, someone is scared whether its the main character or people are scared of the main character. All three stories involved talking animals. The three stories also contained people.
In conclusion all these stories are similar, but they all had different aspects to them. I believe that the different cultures played a large role in all of this.
